New Dreadlord Ascension public update:
A new version for Dreadlord Ascension is now available! This update is pretty huge and revamps several parts of the game. For this new version, you need to start from the beginning, however, this is the last time it will be needed. After this version, you will now be able to transfer your saves to the later versions!

Below, you can see a summary of the changelogs:
- Fixed several typos
- Added some missing faces in the dialogues
- Added new cutscenes when finishing Radian to better show the player what to do (building the rooms, starting Soren's training, etc.)
- Wood, stone and iron no longer are currencies and have been turned into items as they should be
- Added an overview for currently owned currencies
- Made a mistake with the previous version which did not fix the previous bugs. It should now be working properly.
- Fixed a bug with Zel's affinity being stuck
- Added 1 new animation for Alastor
- Fixed the push and swap skills crashing the game
- Fixed a crashing bug that could occur when starting turn
- Fixed a bug with Soren's Prismind recipe
- Fixed the unlock conditions for 1-4 and 2-1
- All the stages were remade
- Added new rooms (arena, garden, reception room, mission room upgrade)
- Alastor can now be assigned as a worker
- Made changes to the cutscenes
- Remade the tutorials
- Added the faction missions and trade
- Added Zel's arena animation
- Added new random events
- Added the dick chart
- Made several balance changes
- Added an auto save feature

Dreadlord Ascension:
The new update is now available! In this new update, you will find a mission with a new "?" marker on the map. This new mission is optional and a really small preview for the new kind of missions we will be adding from now on.
Each character will get one and that includes previous characters. We will add them to Radian and you can go back to complete them should you enjoy them.
While Sol's mission doesn't perfectly represent what those new missions will be (for lore reasons), I will explain basically what they are here.
To put it simply, in those missions, Cervius will ask questions to the characters. You have 3 choices with 2 good and 1 wrong choice. The goal is to pick the right answers through 5 levels and reach the end. As you progress, the questions will become more and more personal until Cervius's powers make the characters admit stuff they would never normally talk about.

DeleteThe unique mission? Do you mean the training/affinity? If so, you need to craft and give a Prismind to each character after finishing Radian

ReplyDeleteIf you mean in battle, it's because we removed him from the Radian story. You can use him in the post Radian missions though
DeleteI think i found a glitch in level 5-1, i think that leifs passive switch between turns glitches the game to where the field is not interacting or responding

ReplyDeleteNo plans to but maybe someday I'll go back to mugen, just not in the foreseeable future unless I feel like doing a small update here and there

ReplyDeleteOnly requirement at the moment is for the characters involved to not be assigned to a worker slot. We'll expand more on this later on (either to add some prerequisite to the events and also add ways to make them less RNG as more are added)

ReplyDeleteI made the Prismind of Soren but I couldn't give it to him.
Also, the heroes can't be selected as worker.
Is that bug or I should unlock something else?

You can only give the Prismind to Soren (or any other character) once Radian is finished and you can only assign characters as workers once you give them a Prismind ;)
