New characters are now available for mugen, for now, these characters are only available individually but they will be added to the premade game in next month's update. The new character available for free is Sora, while the new character available for Patrons is Pit!Pit:
Pit's NSFW sprites were made from scratch as he never had a character with decent sprites to be worked on. In order to allow me to work faster on him, I picked the best Pit character I could find and changed his sprites only during NSFW moves so outside of sex, Pit will look different.

I saw on twitter that Sora was available "for free". But how? The current version of the game is the same. Do I have to be a patreon to get him for "free"? Because that's definitly not "free" xD

Deleteyep, it is for mugen ;). Sora will be coming to Harem Builder quite soon although it will be patreon only for two months as per the usual schedule ;).
DeleteRed, the mugen of mega, I don´t know if the mediafire too, is still the old mugen there is not Sora in it.
