If you have an older version of chapter 2, you can upgrade by keeping your saves. To do so, download the new version and copy/paste the "save" folder of the old version inside the new version.Features:

I heard about different strategies from others who played the game but what I usually do is equip Hiro with the sword (Iceyene Katana) you get in the temple's ice labyrinth (it can prevent him from being frozen) and I also use a spell Aeyan can learn "Warm presence" that can prevent him and nearby allies from being frozen. Aeyan can also learn the spell "Melt" to remove the frozen status.
DeleteOtherwise, you can use Aeyan's Taunt + Pyro shield abilities to tank the bosse's attacks while Tael heals him and Hiro + Clef focus on dealing damage.
When Clef has a big amount of TP, you can use his "draw power" spell to cast "blue dive" on the following turn to deal massive damage.
How to you get relationship points with Aeyean quickly? I am at 271/400 and I dont see any way of getting more except fighting battles, which is so slow. How did everyone else do it?
ReplyDeleteThere are several unique dialogues in Palestra which all gives if I remember correctly, 15 points each. (There are different dialogues during the night and day). The fastest way to gain points would also be to give him gifts, you can find them in chests scattered around or there's a shop in Hykora where you can buy them. (The shop is south of the bank.) To give Aeyan the gifts, talk to him while in Palestra and select the gift option.
DeleteAfter finishing the quest, "A new kind of Research", I was able to repetitively talk to the desk clerk to get infinite 500g reward :P.

ReplyDeleteI think that the aurora and snowfall effect near ishi village and the forest before is probably the lag that some user complain about since well spamming the mouse click is the only thing to move when they including me are at 1 frame per second. Love the side quest though and I hope to learn more of that mysterious character that wants clef and possibly new monster-human hybrids. :D

Not yet, I'm working on Harem Builder at the moment but you'll see what I have planned for the future. I honestly doubt chapter 3 will come out this year but I haven't abandonned these characters, the story OR the game! :D
DeleteOk I have played some more with this game to try and find some items I missed and I found a few of them, but I am still missing 4 items.
ReplyDeleteFor Chapter 1 item I am only missing the "Wooden Staff". While for Chapter 2 items I am missing the "Freeze Skill" for Hiro, "Steel Armor", and "Hardleather Headband". So any help as to these four items would be really helpful.
Also I noticed some messed up recipe's in the crafting menu. first is the "Improved Elderwood Staff" which requires the Improved Elderwood Staff to make instead of the normal Elderwood Staff. The second I am assuming is a mistake (Although you can correct me if I'm wrong) is the "Chosen Scythe +2" which requires the Improved Oakwood Staff, but I assume you meant the Improved Elderwood Staff. I say that because the "Chosen Scythe +1" also required the Improved Oakwood Staff.
I noted your comment to fix this once I go back to WhiteBlade but since these are not huge issues, it might take a while to be fixed as I focus on Harem Builder :P.

DeleteAlso is it possible to make it past the paths that are blocked by what looks like a boulder. I noticed two such areas in the game and I was unsure if we could make it past them. One was in slime cave and the other was in a cave in Holyen fields.
The two paths with the boulders are not accessible yet so there's no point in trying to get through ;). As for the items you're missing they might not be in the game if they're not in Snowden Island's shops.

DeleteAlso I know the items aren't in any shop unless there is a shop I missed somewhere. I just didn't know if I missed a chest somewhere or not. I did a run thru searching for chests I missed and I found quite a few of them. Anyway I just didn't know if you had the information easily accessible for you as to where items where located. I'm just one of those gamers that likes to find every item if I can. It isn't that important though. I did make sure to unlock all the cg scenes however.

DeleteHey Red, unfortunately, due to my terrible and old laptop, i'm actually unable to go through aurora's forest and complete a main quest because something in the forest is killing my game and forcing it to not respond. I would love to finish the game and see all the CGs/Art but my laptop isn't capable of handling the game. Is there anyway you could give me a complete save of the game so i'm able to see the CGs? Deletehey, so i'm on chapter 2. The part where you need to find a way to open the doors in the temple. I finished 3/4 of them. The last door as no entrance but there's another way if you go back and take a left you can go up some stairs and there's an entrance being blocked square stones. how do i complete this part??? ReplyDeleteOn the upper floor, there is some breakable ice on the sides, you can break that ice to fall down on the floor below. Find the right spot to fall on the other side of quare ;).

ReplyDeleteThe central gate in the ice temple? You have to complete the trials in that dungeon to do that. There's a door on each side of the room and there are 2 trials in each one of these doors that you need to solve ;). If you can provide me with more details, I can help you out some more.

DeleteThank you for your reply. It's really the central gate of the ice temple. I've solved two puzzles in the left and right doors, but there are two crystal balls that I can't light even when I get to the door because I don't have a key. I mainly wanted to know how to get those two keys. I guess they might be able to get them in the maze on the way up the mountain, but I searched the whole maze several times without any clues at all.
By the way, it's amazing to communicate with foreign friends at 12 hours'intervals. XD

ReplyDeleteNo don't worry, you did nothing wrong, it's simply that I get a lot of comment and sometimes I forget to reply to some of them x). To open the door at the entrance, you must light the four torches deeper inside the dungeon. After clearing the two challenges on each side doors, you should be able to reach a switch on each side of those doors. Activate the switch on each side and the doors will open, allowing you to go deeper inside the temple.

ReplyDeleteIf you activated the switch on the right side, then that's good. Next, you need to activate the one on the left side by completing the two trials. To access the second door on that side, use the cracked ice floor to fall on the floor below and bypass the cube blocking the way.

ReplyDeleteNo, you don't have to collect items 100%, that does nothing ;). As for the status on this game, I'm remaking the character's appearance really really slowly atm when I have some free time. I'd really like to make chapter 3 this year but we'll see how things progress with HB too. (Do note that even if I didn't make a whole lot of progress on this game, I've always worked on the WhiteBlade story hehe...)

ReplyDeleteThe story is all planned and so are the characters that will appear in the game. For now I am dedicated to HB but that might change soon ;). I started remaking some of the characters to update their looks as I am slowly getting ready to make the next chapter :).

DeleteSo I went through the game, I can say that it is really great, and I will definitely wait for the continuation. Now I have 3 questions: the first is when you will return to the development of this game, that is, you will still be working on palaestra, I understand that in palaestra you will do for all the characters in the animation, and it takes most likely a lot of time, but still when will you return to this game? The second question is whether there is a connection between this game and palaestra, since both here and in palaestra there is a Tael, and in fact, the Tael's own world is called palaestra. The third question is whether the story will be in the palaestra, or is it just the gathering of the harem?
Delete1- So long as I work on Palestra, I won't have enough time to work on this game, so I expect to be able to return to it once Palestra is done and I am eager to resume work on it xP.

After playing for a very few while, I can't seem to find any spots for using the Memory Powder. Only Clef's seems to be. Care to give info about where are the thirsty spots for CG gallery that uses Memory Power? Pls so.

DeleteFor the first room, I think you can only walk once on each tile and need to make your way across and I think you can fall at specific places to access areas downstairs.
It's been sooo long since I last touched Whiteblade that it's a little to give specifics about what to do ><
