First off, we have what I mentioned last week which is underwears. I have more examples this week and to make things different I am using Souma to show off some of the options I want to make available ;).
Normal Underwears: These are underwears which can be used to give the character the appearance you want. This should affect their pictures inside the menu as well as when you talk to them inside your home, these will not affect CGs and scenes though.

Utility Underwears: This here is a special underwear which you can equip to your character. I will talk about its use in a later update ;).

That's it for the underwear but this is not the only thing I have to show for this week, up next we have two character's sprites. Their naked sprites aren't done yet but once I have the base sprite like this, naked and underwear sprites are fairly easy to make ;).

Hopefully next week I'll be able to make Corrin(Which was already started) and the main character.
Speaking of the main character, he received a few small changes that imo makes him look better, here's the new version. He may still receive changes but for now, that's what he looks like ;).
Link's image also was slightly altered, during the last update, I thought his abs were too big and looked a bit off so I fixed that ;).

DeleteI was thinking that maybe for each underwear option they could have a different facial expression or pose to mix it up a little instead of having the same expression on each underwear change, i'd say pose but I don't wanna add a ton of work for you to do, lmao.
ReplyDeleteThere are really slightly different poses like Link when naked and with his tunic, his hand changes. I won't be adding different poses as this would too much work xD but there will be different expressions depending on the underwear they're wearing, they're just not done yet ;D

ReplyDeleteI never worked with a team before and I don't know how I would manage one xd but hey maybe one day I'll be working with someone else, we never know! (I do have someone helping me out with playtesting and blog posts translations which is a huge help ;))
DeleteI meant a team as in creating a huge scale adult yaoi game and such. Just saying, seeing you make 2 games so amazingly and releasing Mugen edits on top of that, I can only imagine what you could do with an entire team to help you make some hardcore shit. :P

ReplyDeletei was thinking since this guys are heroes (not souma but he is very confident) maybe to recruit them you need to figth them to show them you are strong... i saw games with armor breaking in rpg-maker, that wold be an exelent way of recruting them or seduce them when the armor is gone or it could also be a potential game over (sexy game over) if you loose to them.... just sugestions, love how this looks
Also for the role of souma in the party i think he should be a healer but with food instead of potions or magic lol
There won't be a "proper" fight system (The fights will have its own dedicated update at a later date) but there will be missions to recruit people with some kind of mini-games put into the mix to make things a bit more interesting. I'm not gonna go into details but for example, in order to recruit Souma, you'll become his assistant and help him out around the kitchen ;). I'll be going into more details about this later ;).
