Palestra:
Natsu wins this round for the next Palestra update! For his update, I plan to continue his story by adding Gray to the arena the same way Sting can be fought. However, before starting to work on this, I am holding two new polls! These polls will decide how they will each defeat their opponent should they win!
Dreadlord Ascension:
Haiden's update is well under way. On top of Haiden's story and his unit being part of the update, we are also adding a new room to the castle, the training room!
In this room, you can give training regimen to characters. There are 3 different regimens, XP, skills and SP. This will come in handy to train any new character you come across as you explore worlds in the future so make sure to build it and make good use of it!
If given enough time, another room we want to look at as part of this update, is the arena. In its current form, it doesn't serve much purpose and with the added work from the other rooms, it no longer is possible to make HD sprite animations as they are really time consuming. Our goal will be to replace the rewards for something that can be made for all characters in a reasonable amount of time.
Our current idea is to make two rewards for the arena:
1- The currency with which you can craft stage skipping items in the hero challenges. (This may not be implemented in the next update but is in our current plans)
2- A new visual battle option which you can unlock for each separate character, the feeble clothes. Enabling feeble clothing for a character will play a quick animation in battle whenever a character's HP falls below 50* for the first time. The option can be toggled on or off at the beginning of battle to suit player preferences.
If we manage to implement the second option in the next update, every character will have the feeble clothing option. (the name for the option isn't definitive)
